About the Role
As our Office Manager youll be the backbone of our regional support office ensuring smooth operations maintaining high standards and fostering strong relationships with our exclusive partners and suppliers. Youll play a key role in everything from office administration and order processing to financial oversight and team support.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of partner contracts and SOPs.
- Create and manage purchase orders for Latin American operations.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked safe and maintained.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and exclusive partners.
Order Processing
- Validate and process partner orders in line with SOPs.
- Monitor delivery timelines and communicate updates.
- Liaise with CS Accounting for documentation and compliance.
- Oversee credit limits and purchase ledger with Finance.
Finance & Administration
- Manage bank accounts and reconciliations.
- Handle payroll and employee expense claims.
- Ensure VAT compliance and insurance coverage.
Team & Partner Support
- Train new staff in company procedures.
- Support field teams and exclusive partners.
- Organise travel accommodation and technical meetings.
- Handle product complaints and liaise with the QC department.

What Were Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum Five years experience in office management.
- Strong IT skills and English language proficiency.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone manner and initiative-driven.
- Located in CABA or the Northern Zone of Buenos Aires. (100% in-person job)
Desirable Attributes
- Knowledge or interest in companion animals.
- Self-motivated enthusiastic and flexible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
