Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Care team on a PRN basis in Greenfield IN. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN or provider.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to work overnight 12-hour shifts as needed.
