Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical unit on a PRN basis. The RN will provide high-quality direct patient care in a fast-paced environment collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
Monitor and assess patients conditions administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans procedures and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and nursing standards.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
Use electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient tracking.

Required Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
1 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
