Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis in Salem NJ. As an LPN you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare services while working closely with our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician.
Monitor patient health vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Ensure proper documentation of patient care and medical records.
Maintain a clean organized and safe environment for patients.
Support and educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments.

Required Qualifications:

Valid and active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing setting.
BLS Certification.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
