Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and procedures ensuring the comfort and safety of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs including temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily living activities.
Document patient care activities and observations accurately in medical records.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Assist with admission transfer and discharge procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and on a PRN basis.
Compassionate dependable and detail-oriented.
