Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily living activities
Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
Support a safe and clean working environment

Required Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
