Pay Rate: $28 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available: 8-hour shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our PRN staffing pool in Norwalk CT. As an LPN you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical and nursing plans of care and established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatments
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and eating
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
Report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician promptly
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut
CPR/BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed (including weekends/holidays)
