Tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients utilizing Prime Finance Groups investment platforms and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analyze and resolve software-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes procedures and solutions to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and tools used by Prime Finance Group ensuring high-quality support for clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams capturing feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement of the companys products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support or a similar role preferably within the finance or investment industry.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues remotely.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
