Role Description
This is a full-time position based in Lisbon (Portugal) with some flexibility for remote work. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation prospect qualification and pipeline management ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
Customer Satisfaction and Service skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience in a B2B or technology environment is highly valued.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Language Skills
Fluency in French and/or Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good command of Portuguese (spoken and written) is required as this position is based in Portugal.
Knowledge of English is also desirable for internal communication.
