Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Power BI Developer (JIRA Data Integration & Visualization):
- Integrate JIRA data with Power BI via API and other methods.
- Perform ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for JIRA data into Power BI.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize project metrics (e.g. sprint progress issue types resolution times team velocity backlog health).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy optimize report performance and create user-friendly designs.
- Maintain and update dashboards as project needs change.
- Utilize expertise in Power BI (DAX Power Query data modeling) and JIRA APIs.
- Apply strong SQL and data transformation skills.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- (Preferred) Experience with other project management tools (e.g. Confluence) and scripting languages such as Python for data extraction.
