JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: $32-43/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 1st Shift: Mon Thu 5:00 AM 3:30 PM EST

Summary:

Design and optimize manufacturing processes procedures and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
Interpret engineering prints and collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements.
Support the production floor and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Design procure and implement tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
Evaluate machinery equipment and tools; initiate corrective actions to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specifications to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of CCA and subassembly manufacturing.
Experience with cable harnesses process documentation blueprint and wire harness reading AutoCAD and circuit cards.
Familiarity with manufacturing standards and quality systems.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (per ITAR requirements).
