JOB TITLE: CNC Technician I
LOCATION: Savannah GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Operate automated machines using pre-programmed instructions.

• Verify machine setup against drawings and specifications.

• Inspect and replace cutting tools and adjust offsets as needed.

• Adjust programs to optimize material fit and ensure conformity.

• Inspect raw materials and cut parts to confirm compliance with blueprints models and engineering documentation.

• Identify appropriate materials and cutting tools and perform setup inspections.

• Monitor and manage material supply.

• Perform minor machine repairs and validate completion of preventative maintenance.

• Complete all required documentation and records accurately.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

• Comply with 5S standards and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or education

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with similar automated equipment

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
