We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e. plumbing leaks installs and replaces sinks faucets and toilets troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e. light carpentry work drywall repairs and finish work)
Appliance electrical heating plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments buildings and grounds
Touch up painting repair and replacement of window screens and glass
Complete Make Readies and Turns
Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
Have HVAC experience preferred but not required
Keep grounds clean and presentable

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
