Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the implementation of our ITSM ITOM and ITAM processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions along with a deep understanding of ITSM ITOM and ITAM processes and best practices.

EXPERIENCE

At least 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow (including administration configuration and implementation of ITSM ITOM and ITAM modules).
Experience with ITSM ITOM and ITAM processes specifically in implementation migration or integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the implementation project of ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM processes including analysis design development testing and deployment.
Responsible for overseeing the technical vision and implementation of the system managing the technical team and ensuring system integration with internal and external components.
Responsible for system capacity and resource planning ensuring effective communication between system components and external entities.
