Job Title: Kinaxis Enterprise Solution Architect
Job Location: USA Milwaukee (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (Long Term)
Kinaxis Solutions:
- Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Kinaxis Maestro modules including:
- Demand Planning Supply Planning Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Inventory Optimization Scenario Planning
- Define system architecture data flows and integration strategies aligned with business processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical Kinaxis configurations.
- Liaise with IT users/client managers/Solution Architects / problem statements and overall Implementation Landscape
- Ability to perform High Level Functional design aligned with the requirements
- Suggest and validate various functional solution options for the requirements
- Guide implementation teams through solution configuration testing and deployment phases.
- Oversee data modeling workbook design and analytics setup within Kinaxis.
- Ensure alignment of Kinaxis capabilities withs manufacturing models (Discrete Process ETO BTO BTS).
- Provide Technical Guidance and support in the development / implementation project
- Conduct training workshops for client stakeholders on Kinaxis RR functionalities and planning processes.
- Support testing validation and go-live activities including UAT and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integration ETL processes and system enhancements.
Qualification
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Supply Chain or Information Systems.
- 12 years of experience in supply chain planning with 6 years in Kinaxis Maestro.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering Kinaxis solutions for manufacturing clients.
- Strong understanding of planning processes: Demand Supply S&OP MPS Inventory Optimization.
