Job Summary

Job Title: O9 Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Location: USA Milwaukee WI (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (Long Term)

O9 Solutions:

Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end o9 implementation projects acting as the primary functional and solution architect.
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to gather business requirements and translate them into o9 solution designs.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and guide configuration teams on solution alignment.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in supply chain planning and digital transformation.
Liaise with IT users/client managers/Solution Architects / problem statements and overall Implementation Landscape
Ability to perform High Level Functional design aligned with the requirements
Suggest and validate various functional solution options for the requirements
Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers and drive the solution till go live liaising with the key stakeholders.
Preparing/Reviewing Technical/Integration Design/Detailed Design specs
Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
Provide support for Project estimations
Provide Technical Guidance and support in the development / implementation project
Conduct training workshops for client stakeholders on o9 functionalities and planning processes.
Support testing validation and go-live activities including UAT and performance tuning.
Collaborate with technical teams for data integration ETL processes and system enhancements.
Provide post-implementation support and drive adoption of the o9 platform.

Qualification

An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum Masters preferred)
Understanding in configuring and customizing o9 Demand Supply IBP MEIO and Demand Sensing
12 years of experience in supply chain planning Atleast 5 years of Prior experience with configuration & development of o9 Demand Supply IBP MEIO and Demand Sensing
