Job Summary
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of microbial culture media handling photo bioteactor for microalgae cultivation
Knowledge about microalgae cultivation initiation of fermentation batches in shake flasks and
photo bioteactors monitoring of bioreactors and maintenance of equipment for USP DSP
operations like Bioreactors centrifugation dryer autoclave LAF etc). Regularly analyzing
various fermentation-based products for its purity/impurities. Provide assistance in conducting
pilot trials.

Essential Attributes:
1. Understanding of basic Microbiology and fermentation operations.
2. Should have prior experience of handling of microbial cultures preferably microalgae its
propagation and preparation of culture media sterilization and microbial fermentations.
3. Should be ready to work in shift schedule.
4. Experience in handling microalgae for various applications.
