Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all departments.
Lead motivate and monitor a team of 20 employees to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth business functioning.
Coordinate with the owner and provide regular performance and operational reports.
Review and analyze business data using Excel for decision-making and process improvement.
Ensure timely execution of orders billing logistics and client requirements.
Monitor financial operational and administrative activities to meet company goals.
Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflow for better efficiency.
Maintain discipline performance standards and team morale.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
7 to 10 years of managerial experience preferably in trading retail or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and general business operations.
Ability to create implement and monitor SOPs and performance metrics.
Strong communication coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on proactive and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
