OEM Configuration and management
Strong performance analysis on AWR ADDM SQL Profile ASH and advisory views
Experience on OS Storage Network and Virtualization activities
Certification on Primary Technology
Service Request and Incident Problem Change managements
Configuration Capacity planning and Knowledge management
Experience on ITIL Tools like Remedy Service Now or any other ticketing tool
