Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science (in partnership with Kings College School Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School) is seeking to appoint a Teacher of A-Level Physicsto join their Scholastic Excellence Research Centerfor a Feb 2026 start.

The Scholastic Excellence Research Center is seeking a passionate and dynamic Physics Teacher specializing A-Level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the intellectual growth of students and contribute to an enriching academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development & Instruction:
  Design and implement engaging lesson plans for Physics ensuring alignment with the centers educational standards and goals. Deliver lessons that encourage intellectual curiosity critical thinking and thoughtful discussion.

• Student Assessment & Feedback:
  Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods including essays exams and discussions. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their understanding and academic skills.

• Classroom Management:
  Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respectful debate collaborative learning and intellectual development. Manage student behavior effectively and maintain discipline in accordance with the centers policies.

• Research & Enrichment Activities:
  Encourage students to explore independent research topics within the field of Physics. Support extracurricular activities such as physics clubs or discussion groups to enhance students understanding beyond the classroom.

• Collaboration & Professional Development:
  Work closely with fellow educators and academic coordinators to refine teaching strategies and ensure the continuous development of the curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with educational trends and developments in your field.

• Student Support:
  Provide academic support and guidance to students offering tutoring or office hours as needed to help students succeed. Address students academic and personal development concerns with care and professionalism.

• A Masters degree in Physics is required. Teaching certification is preferred.

• Previous teaching experience in Physics at the high school or university level is preferred.
