Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $110000 $120000 annually (depending on experience)
- CME: $2500 annual reimbursement and 5 paid CME days
- Productivity Bonus: Additional compensation available based on productivity

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient womens health services including annual exams family planning contraception management and prenatal care
- Perform in-office gynecological procedures and screenings
- Collaborate with OBGYNs midwives and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system for documentation and clinical oversight
- Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted APRN license in the State of Florida
- Board Certification as a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC)
- DEA license and current BLS certification
- Experience in an FQHC or community health setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative care
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred not required
