Must have experience working with salesforce lightning components or in a Salesforce development environment and or some experience with financial services--even if its being a bank teller in college or having been a designer at a financial institution
Experience reimagining application workflows--we are completely overhauling our entire digital experience for members
Serves as a subject matter expert and champion of user-centered design to improve the user experience of all digital properties (.org account origination online and mobile banking marketing microsites etc.).
Provides architectural deliverables such as user task/journey flows wireframes comps prototypes publishable interfaces Figma experience/understanding of opportunities & constraints with Salesforce is a HUGE plus
Drives UX-related business requirements in collaboration with business analysts content strategists and digital analysts.
Plans and conducts usability tests and contextual inquiries with users/ members. Provides guidance and solution options based on user feedback.
Informs the departmental managements vision and decision-making towards the ongoing continuous evolution of our digital properties to achieve set corporate objectives.
Captures and translates the managements vision into concrete UX deliverables.
Maintains the design system and UX standards in close collaboration with the other designers partnering wtih developers where necessary
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision fulfill our Purpose and abide by our Organizations Values.
Comfortable working as an independent contributor--working most closely with 1-2 business units & their stakeholders to understand business needs goals tracking metrics & how to improve the digital experience of the LOB they serve
