Job Summary

Job Description:

Were seeking a Senior Software Engineer Adobe Experience Platform AEP with handson experience in RealTime CDP APIbased audience creation and Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning AJOD This role is part of our Marketing Platforms team enabling seamless customer experiences powered by data insight and innovation

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage AEP schemas datasets and data flows to build unified customer profiles
Implement and maintain data ingestion pipelines for realtime and batch data sources
Develop and deploy APIbased audience creation and activation using AEP RTCDP
Automate audience workflows and enable realtime data synchronization with downstream platforms
Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to design scalable REST APIbased integrations for audience delivery
Design and operationalize eventdriven customer journeys leveraging AJO Decisioning capabilities
Configure decision rules eligibility logic and offer hierarchies for personalized experiences
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards
Document solutions integration blueprints and workflows to support ongoing platform maturity

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Marketing Technology or related field
5 years of handson experience in Adobe Experience Platform AEP implementation and operations
Proven expertise in RealTime CDP RTCDP configuration and profile activation
Handson experience with APIbased audience creation and management
Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer AJOD journeys and offers
Experience with Adobe IO REST APIs JSON and XDM schemas
Understanding of data governance identity resolution and customer data pipelines
Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Workfront AEM CJA

Preferred Skills

Adobe Certified Expert in AEP RTCDP AJOD
Knowledge of realtime data streaming Kafka Adobe Edge Network
Familiarity with cloud environments AWS Azure GCP
Strong analytical communication and documentation skills
