Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Tampa FL 33619 (Onsite for first 90 days then hybrid 2 days remote)
Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer to join their IT infrastructure team. This role requires a true engineering professional - not just a network administrator - capable of designing implementing and maintaining complex enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design configure and optimize LAN/WAN architectures across multiple sites.
Manage enterprise-grade Cisco routers switches and firewalls to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning across network layers.
Lead network infrastructure upgrades migrations and scalability initiatives.
Collaborate with security and systems teams to maintain compliance and high availability.
Document configurations topologies and network policies in detail.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Cisco networking technologies (routing switching VPNs QoS VLANs etc.).
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design network security and performance optimization.
Proven ability to manage complex network projects end-to-end.
Excellent troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
