Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

The resource should have extensive hands-on software development experience using either Python or Java/J2EE technologies JavaScript NodeJS ReactJS or Angular SQL/No-SQL databases cloud platforms (AWS) Django/Fast API framework. The consultant will work with the teams business analysts subject matter experts Technical Lead Quality Manager system integrator and designated vendors as well as Enterprise Services team to meet the project goals.

Duties include:

Design and document detailed technical design documents based on business and functional requirements

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Technical Science or five years of equivalent industry experience.
5 years of technical experience with Python JavaScript/Angular/ReactJS and JSON Rest APIs using Django/Fast API SQL/No-SQL databases.
Medicaid system project experience
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Experience on AWS
Experience with profiling and troubleshooting software defects and fixing them
Experience delivering in waterfall scrum agile and other methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding documenting and describing complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical business users
Excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes
Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
Experience on Django or similar python web frameworks.
Any UI/UX certification.
Development experience with any Rules Engines.
