Position: Director of Nursing

Location: Sterling VA

Shift: Monday-Friday

As Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse) you will:

Develop and maintain nursing service goals and standards of practice

Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit select assign orient in-service supervise evaluate retain terminate)

Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals

Coordinates nursing services with other services such as medical rehabilitation social services and activities

Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of patient care

Qualifications for Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse):

Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions

Current CPR Certification

Five years experience in a nursing leadership role

Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)

Excellent clinical customer service and leadership skills.
