Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing patient needs developing treatment plans and delivering high-quality medical services.
Duties
- Provide high-quality urgent care services including diagnosis treatment and management of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Offer patient education on wellness preventive care and chronic condition management.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses managing patient care effectively.
- Perform procedures such as suturing IV insertion pap smears etc.
- Administer medications and injections while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
- Conduct physical exams diagnose illnesses and prescribe medications
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in an Urgent Care and Family Medicine setting. Preferred qualifications include experience in the following areas:
- Experience in an Urgent Care and Family Medicine setting.
- Family medicine specialties.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and emergency medicine protocols.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Types: Full-time Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
