Your Mission.
Execution of targeted outbound campaigns: researching target customers identifying decision-makers and crafting relevant outreach messages.
Qualification of leads using proven frameworks (e.g. BANTT) and scheduling discovery calls.
Fast value-driven handling of incoming inquiries (inbound leads).
Maintaining the CRM systemwith clear meaningful notes and clean pipeline management.
Independent management of the entire SMB sales cycle from first contact to handover to the Customer Success team.

- You design and execute the entire outbound process across multiple channels (email phone LinkedIn).
- You independently manage SMB sales processes (Small & Medium Business) from first contact to closing.
- You work in a small high-performing team where your impact is visible and truly makes a difference.
Your Background.
- 13 years of experience in SDR inside sales or B2B sales ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Perseverance and goal orientation in a dynamic high-volume outbound environment.
- Excellent communication skills across phone email and LinkedIn.
- Strong self-organization high activity discipline and enthusiasm for measurable success (KPIs).
- Confident handling of CRM systems modern sales automation and AI tools.
- Fluent German and English skills (business level).
