Position Description:
Join CGI as a Vice President Business Engineering & Strategic Partnerships where you will lead large-scale IT and BPO transformation initiatives that shape the future of global enterprises. We are seeking a strategic leader with exceptional business development expertise mastery of complex solutioning and the ability to build and sustain high-value partnerships. This role combines strategic leadership business growth and innovation to deliver measurable impact for CGI and our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Growth: Identify qualify pursue and close large managed IT and BPO opportunities shaping strategies that drive long-term value.
Drive Business Development: Expand CGIs footprint through strong BD skills leveraging market insights and client relationships.
Innovate and Solution: Lead complex solutioning for large-scale transformation programs delivering differentiated client-aligned offerings.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture executive-level relationships; position CGI as a trusted advisor in the market.
Negotiate with Impact: Lead high-stakes negotiations with confidence and integrity securing mutually beneficial agreements.
Lead and Coach: Inspire and guide a small team of experts; act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and support M&A initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven track record in business development and strategic partnership management within IT/BPO sectors.
Expertise in large-scale transformation programs and complex solutioning.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing high-value deals.
Masters degree in Business Technology or equivalent experience.
