As Sr. Manager Global Product Operations youll turn strategy into action by connecting global teams across Product Development Sourcing and Supply to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Ideal candidates bring a thoughtful approach to problem solving and a focus on designing efficient impactful solutions. You will report to our VP Product Operations.
About the job:
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Develop operational strategies aligned with Product Development Sourcing & Supply organizations vision and goals.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Partner with PD&SS to design streamlined scalable solutions that meet CTC timelines and priorities.
- Digital Transformation & Change Management: Lead change management efforts for using new solutions including training communications and issue triaging post-launch support. Build training documentation user support strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring end-user engagement and satisfaction.
- Data Reporting: Analyze PD&SS metrics identify trends and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams and partners across product development sourcing vendors and brand operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
About you:
- 8 years of experience in the apparel industry with a fashion/lifestyle background and deep expertise across product development sourcing and go-to-market operations.
- Direct experience managing Go-to-Market calendars multiple projects and deliverables across global teams.
- Leads cross-functional teams and partners across complex matrixed organizations to build alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Analyzes processes identifies improvement opportunities and implements solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
- Experienced in engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. Skilled at facilitating discussions aligning diverse teams and delivering clear data-informed presentations that drive alignment and action.
- Leverages digital tools (e.g. PLM Coupa Miro CLO 3D) to lead change management initiatives and promote system adoption across teams.
- Adapts well to changing business needs and evolving priorities.
- Bachelors degree required.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is ($119800 - $177200) per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
