The Agency Claims and Policy Service Representative position is a fundamental position at United Insurance. This position serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls and plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service. Responsible for collecting and filing claim information managing client follow-ups and providing in-house quotes for personal and commercial lines policies. This position will collaborate closely with the Personal and Commercial Lines Service Teams.

This position requires:

• Prior experience in insurance customer service or claims handling preferred;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Proficiency with agency management systems and quoting tools;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Regular sitting;
• Utilizing hands & arms;
• Ability to talk & hear;
• To have close vision of 20 inches or less.
