Job Responsibilities

Deliver structured training and development programs (training provided on systems)

Conduct phone and email communications with leads

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of professional experience in training coaching or learning & development
Strong communication facilitation and organizational skills
Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
Reliable laptop phone and internet access
