Job Requirements

The RV Home Team is looking for a Compliance this role youll work with RV business leaders partnering with Utility Providers and Home Service providers to maintain best practices customer experience and relationship integrity with our partners. The Compliance Associate role is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail the ability to multitask the desire to identify and resolve issues and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Compliance Associate you will assist in creating and maintaining compliance policy documentation develop necessary controls and training conduct compliance audits and report on changing internal risks.

This hybrid role is located out of our South Charlotte-area office with in-office days Tuesday - Thursday each week.

Work Experience

What Youll Do:

• Act as compliance subject matter expert for RV Home Sales Department you will work with and provide compliance guidance on new and existing business initiatives
• Conduct audits for our partners to ensure compliance with guidelines and expectations
• Act as liaison between affiliates and partners for product updates and compliance violations
• Create and maintain compliance policy documentation and training materials
• Effectively communicate changes in compliance regulations to internal and external partners
• Create useful reporting to highlight changes to internal risk
• Resolve identified compliance issues urgently and efficiently
• Work with external compliance teams to ensure proper processes and procedures are being followed.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 years of Compliance/Quality Assurance/Customer Experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in tracking and reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
• Strong detail management and personal ownership/accountability to the work
• Process-oriented mindset: Can identify process improvements independently
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Interest or passion in enforcing rules and expectations (winning the right way)

Cash Compensation Range: $21.63/hr - $31.25/hr*

*Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience.
