Were seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Clinical Practice Coordinator to lead and oversee initiatives related to research evidence-based practice continuing education and policy across four states. This role is ideal for a nursing professional with a strong background in research and education who is passionate about advancing nursing practice and maintaining excellence through evidence education and policy alignment.

• Oversee and guide the nursing research and evidence-based practice process including project review approval and implementation.

• Serve as the primary contact and resource for nurses pursuing research initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Lead and coordinate continuing education programs including live sessions and annual education events across multiple markets.

• Manage and maintain compliance with CHI Health policies ensuring appropriate review approval and education for new or revised policies.

• Collaborate with nursing leaders and educators to promote best practices and continuous professional development.

• Provide expert consultation and guidance on evidence-based practice research methodologies and policy management.

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) required.

• Strong background in research evidence-based practice or continuing education required.

• Experience with policy development review and implementation strongly preferred.

• Exceptional organizational communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage complex multi-state initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams.
