- 委託運用サービスOCIOにおいてはこのマネージャーリサーチをもとに複数のマネージャーおよび戦略を組み合わせたマネージャーオブマネージャーによるソリューションのほかシングルマネージャー戦略を機関投資家に提供しています
- マーサーのグローバル資本市場ならびに各資産クラスに関するリサーチ等の知見をもとに幅広い資産クラスを網羅する長期的なストラテジックアセットアロケーションSAAに加え中期的な投資環境を踏まえたダイナミックアセットアロケーションDAAを活用したソリューションも提供しています
- 本ポジションはこれらマーサーのグローバルプラットフォームを活用し法人営業として日本国内の事業拡大に貢献いただきますリーダーシップを期待されるシニアレベルのセールスポジションです
We will count on you to / 主な業務内容:
- マーサーのマルチマネージャー商品とソリューションを主に日本の大手年金基金や金融機関に紹介し新規顧客とマンデートの獲得による収益と運用資産の成長目標の達成を目指す
- ターゲットクライアントとの強固で長期的な関係を構築し信頼できるアドバイザーとしてマーサーのブランドを構築および強化するさまざまな資産クラスにわたって重要な規模で複数のマンデートを長期的に獲得する
- プロダクトスペシャリストポートフォリオマネージャーオペレーションその他の関連する国内および海外の社内チームと協力し既存のクライアントに高品質のクライアントサービスを提供する
- 日本のウェルスビジネスリーダーと協働して金融機関年金ビジネスの育成成長に向けた短期長期戦略を策定する
What you need to have:
- 資産運用会社での豊富な年金営業金法営業経験者
- 日本語ネイティブレベルの言語能力およびビジネス英語の堪能さ
