Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls SD
Schedule: Full Time Some evenings and weekends required

At Bethany Home were looking for an Activities Coordinator who can help enrich the lives of older adults through engaging programs meaningful connections and a positive can-do attitude.

What Youll Do

As our Activities Coordinator youll plan and lead social educational recreational and wellness programs designed to promote joy purpose and well-being for our residents.
Youll have the opportunity to:

Develop and oversee a variety of activities from games crafts and exercise classes to community events and special celebrations.
Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to meet individual interests and abilities.
Support and motivate team members while fostering a fun inclusive atmosphere.
Promote teamwork and resident-centered care throughout our community.
Assist with large-scale events such as holiday parties car shows and fundraisers.

What Were Looking For

A compassionate energetic and creative individual.
CNA certified or the ability to obtain the certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to plan lead and adapt activities for residents with a variety of needs.
Experience working with older adults is a plus but not required were happy to train the right person!
Basic computer skills (Word Excel) for scheduling and documentation.
