Your role

You will lead the strategic identification maturation and demonstration of concepts across the entire portfolio within the Business Area Dynamics. Youll shape the future of defense in an environment where adaptability managing complexity and collaboration are key drivers of success.

Key responsibilities:

• Steer the Future Capabilities portfolio driving initiatives that span all business units within the business area

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with customers partners research institutes and strategic suppliers

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies defence trends and market dynamics transforming insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps

• Lead project managers of multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges shifting landscapes and guide them in tackling a variety of future-focused topics

• Represent the company at industry events consortia and in front of critical stakeholders

• Balance multiple interfaces and priorities ensuring agile responses to new opportunities and challenges

Your profile

You hold a Masters degree in Engineering or alternatively in Economics or a related technical discipline. You are a strategic and forward-thinking leader with the ability to inspire others build trust and unite diverse stakeholders around a common direction.

Your communication skills enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently whether engaging with teams partners or larger audiences. You thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments where curiosity structure and collaboration are key to success. With a natural ability to prioritise what truly matters you focus on creating impact and progress. Experience from technology-driven organisations complex projects or international collaborations is considered an advantage but above all it is your leadership strategic mindset and drive to shape the future that will make you succeed in this role.
