Job Summary

Summary:
Provides frontline support for Health Information Technology (HIT) devices and applications including desktops laptops tablets printers scanners video tech and peripherals. Delivers excellent customer service while performing break/fix support routine maintenance software upgrades and assisting with IT implementation projects.
This position will be based in Shelby MT but will make day trips twice per month to support the Cutbank MT location as well.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science preferred; equivalent experience or certifications (A Net MCP) accepted.

  • Strong knowledge of personal computers and common software (e.g. MS Office) required.

  • At least 1 year of IT support or customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent customer service communication organizational and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone email and in person.

  • Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.

  • Monitor and manage support tickets in line with SLAs.

  • Participate in planning testing and rollout of IT projects.

  • Maintain IT documentation and operational logs.

  • Support end-user training and transition for new systems.

  • Ensure device and system security through proper configurations and practices.

  • Stay current on industry trends technologies and security standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
