Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in coaching dynamic high-energy F45 workouts.
- Mentor and manage the training team to maintain excellence in coaching standards.
- Ensure every member receives personalized attention motivation and support.
- Assist in onboarding and developing new coaches.
- Collaborate with studio management to drive member retention and engagement.
- Maintain a clean safe and motivating studio environment.
- Current Personal Training Certification (NASM ACE ACSM ISSA NSCA or equivalent).
- Bachelors degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology or a related field is beneficial.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- 2 years of group training or personal training experience (F45 experience preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for health fitness and community.
- Complimentary F45 membership.
