Job Summary
Construction Estimator Residential Design-Build
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $60K$80K Bonus (OTE $100K)
Konik is partnering with a high-end residential and multi-family design-build contractor based in Minneapolis to add an Estimator to their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a company that values creativity collaboration and a seamless client experience from concept through construction.
Construction Estimator Highlights:
- High-end residential and multi-family design-build projects across Minnesota
- Competitive base salary with strong bonus potential (total compensation $100K)
- Collaborative design-focused team culture
- MondayFriday schedule 7 AM6 PM
Construction Estimator Responsibilities:
- Review drawings specifications and client requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Perform takeoffs and material quantity calculations
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor quotes
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to refine scopes and budgets
- Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documentation
- Support client-facing presentations and preconstruction meetings
Construction Estimator Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential or multi-family construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods materials and local costs
- Excellent analytical and math skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with clients subcontractors and internal teams
Construction Estimator Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu PlanSwift or similar estimating software
- Proficient in Buildertrend Procore or similar construction management platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools for cost analysis and reporting
Salary and Benefits:
- $60K$80K Bonus (OTE $100K)
