Job Summary
JOIN OUR TEAM
As Senior Quality Associate you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and high-quality product data that supports our operational excellence and enhances the customer experience. This position is unlimitedand based in Warsaw (or remote).
WHAT YOULL DO
- ensure top-quality standards on the website in line with British English conventions
- verify the completeness and accuracy of product data in accordance with the guidelines
- perform quality checks across all systems and processes
- provide marketing translations
- address potential data defects with urgency and identify opportunities to improve processes tools or data quality for the benefit of the team and the company
- create product descriptions on time in accordance with the guidelines
YOU COME WITH
- native level proficiency in British English
- strong attention to detail
- excellent self-organisation skills
- strong time and task management skills and the ability to react swiftly to urgent cases and re-prioritise effectively
- outstanding communication skills
- proficiency in working with large amounts of data
