Job Summary:A Manager position is open on the Materials Finance FP&A team for a driven professional to manage projects lead analysts through complex analysis and support budgeting and reporting activities. The successful candidate will use numerous analytical tools including Excel Hyperion and SAP to drive informed decision making across the finance department. This position will work collaboratively across departments with Purchasing PMO as well as other teams within the finance department (i.e. MFG M&S PECA and FPA Consolidation).Job functions include but are not limited to: Responsible for leading team of 3 Sr. analysts over monthly validation and analysis of material cost and parts program Oversee the Budget and Forecast consolidation of all material inputs and ensure timely reporting on all deliverables requested by MZK consolidation team. Provide monthly results for materials finance to FP&A consolidation. Typical requirements would be MTD P&L variances in support of NNA Flash meeting. Additionally full year P&L variance results (YTD vs. BP/PY) and Mass TdC (YTD vs. BP/Prior Year). Coordinate and review Trim and Option mix in coordination with PECA and M&S for Budget and Forecast development. Lead budget and forecasting activities for Sales Division Vehicle inventory restatement and Precious Grade Metal FIFO. Review parts Program ITPs and profitability. Prepare presentation material for Review with Director and inclusion in CFO deck. Oversee the submission of all KPI requested by NML Finance Function CNTRL (A7F). Provide timely response to NML A7F inquiries and follow-up questions. Oversee streamlining and process improvement activities to increase efficiency and develop useful insights into vehicle costs. Provide leadership coaching guidance for growth and development to the 3 Sr. Analysts in the groupMinimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance Economics or Accounting from an accredited university. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (MBA MA MS CPA) 7-10 years of experience operating in a performance / results oriented fast-paced culture. Preferably automotive background and experience in analytical roles. High energy self-starter with history of successful leadership accomplishments Demonstrated functional knowledge including strong technical proficiency/capability Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements and basic GAAP accounting principles Solid financial acumen (analytical skills) and fastidious attention to detail. Ability to work across geographic/functional boundaries to drive superior results Hyperion and SAP S4 Hana experience required. Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel PowerPoint).
