Position Description:

Job Title: Java/Python AI Developer
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5-8 years

Key Consideration:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with deep experience in Java or Python and a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and OpenAI API integrations. The ideal candidate will build intelligent scalable backend systems that combine traditional software engineering with cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java or Python.
. Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise or product-specific use cases.
. Integrate OpenAI LangChain LlamaIndex or similar LLM frameworks into production systems.
. Develop vector database solutions (e.g. Pinecone FAISS Weaviate Chroma) for efficient document retrieval.
. Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to fine-tune and deploy LLM-based models.
. Build scalable microservices and ensure seamless integration with front-end and data layers.
. Implement security prompt safety and responsible AI usage policies.
. Monitor and improve performance latency and accuracy of AI-driven applications.
. Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Java-to-JavaScript interoperability using tools like GraalVM
- Python-JavaScript integration via PyScript and related technologies
- Proficient in test automation using JUnit pytest and Jest
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) including their AI service offerings
- Familiar with modern frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue
