The Client & The Role

This is an exciting firm in the southwestern suburbs of Sydney. They work with a large team of offshore staff and a small local team that is massively growing. Join them on their growth path and have the opportunity to become a Partner in the future!

The role is varied with tax business advisory and smsf work. The Partner is extremely knowledgeable and proactive and the learning curve is endless!

This company is offering someone a visa sponsorship if required. Local experience in business advisory & tax is essential for visa sponsorship consideration.

The Duties

Complete or coordinate the completion/ review of statutory compliance work including the following:
Financial Statements
Income tax returns and schedules
Company secretarial requirements
Business Activity Statements
Be responsible for the development of solutions and providing advice
Analyse clients performance for year-end tax planning
Review and prepare management accounts
SMSF work using BGL360
Oversee and manage the offshore team

The Applicant

2-3 years experience in Business Services & Tax
University degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or related fields
CA/CPA qualification is beneficial however not essential
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Xero XPM and BGL360 would be advantageous
Excellent presentation and communication skills
