Job Summary

Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $20-$25/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

Organized and ambitious self-starter
Previous accounting experience required
Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
Ability to provide quality customer service & work with internal departments
Computer literacy
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication skills
Detail oriented
Flexibility in schedule
Must have clean & valid drivers license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify and post invoices with authorized purchase orders
Reconcile with all vendors and intercompany stores
Issue payments to vendors
Resolve payment/Charge discrepancies in a timely manner
Receipt of payments to appropriate customer accounts
Daily bank deposit reconciliation
Set up new vendors in accordance with their W-9 and/or Resale Certificate
Maintain vendor payable list
Maintain and replenish petty cash as necessary
All other tasks assigned by Manager
