As Our Head of Product Youll
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy strongly aligned with leveraging emerging AI technologies for outsized growth.
- Strategically integrate Generative AI and other AI capabilities to create superior user experiences and strong differentiation in the US market.
- Champion user-centered design principles ensuring a seamless and intuitive UX across all product touch points especially new AI features.
- Build manage and scale the product organisation mentoring and empowering Product Managers to bring bold AI-integrated concepts to life.
- Synthesise quantitative and qualitative insights to inform actionable data-driven product strategies with strong commercial imperatives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate and execute the AI-integrated product roadmap managing complex dependencies at scale.
