Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors their families and our staff
- Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming toileting. Experience with ambulation and transfer assistance required. Dementia experience preferred.
- Companionship
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
Requirements (includingbut not limited to):
- CNA/HHA or at least 6 months relevant Adult caregiver experience
- Valid Drivers License (Must have a clean driving record)
- Current car insurance
- Own vehicle
- At least 18 years of age
