Job Summary
North Point Aviation is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Assistantat our maintenance facility in Brainerd Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a great company. Willing to train personnel to perform the functions listed below.
Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance and avionics departments with repair modificationsand upkeep of aircraft. No experience train personnel on job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to perform allfunctions unsupervised at any time after training completed and signed off to perform functions. Maintain a clean and neat work area. Help with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Must be familiar with andhave at minimum basic knowledge and experience with general computer applications. (i.e. Microsoft Word Excel Power Point etc.)
- Able to maintainrepair station records and documents as required.
- Assist co-workers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read follow instructions proceduresand coordinate work with that of technicians and other aircraft maintenance personnel.
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs. and be able to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks which include bending stooping kneeling and stocking shelves with inventory.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screening Drivers license background &criminal background check.
