T-Mobiles in-house creative team T-Studios is hiring a Senior Photographer with a strong portfolio in live events lifestyle and portrait photography. This role requires expert knowledge of studio strobe lighting post-production workflows and studio management. Youll collaborate with producers and creatives to deliver high-quality brand-aligned visual content across a variety of formats. Travel is required for on-location shoots and event coverage. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a passion for storytelling and creative exploration.This position must be located in Bellevue WA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Event photography Plan lead and execute company events across the country.
- Expert in studio and environmental portraits
- Lifestyle photography Ability to provide strong direction to talent collaboration with creative teams while depicting real life authentic environments
- Plan manage and organize photography studio and gear
- Must be able to assess color and quality of images. Post-production workflow includes ingest asset organization converting image files from raw to jpeg format editing metadata entry and the production of contact sheets
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Photography or related field. (Equivalent experience accepted.) (Required)
- 2 years expertise with use of studio strobe lighting (Required)
- 7 years experience producing various types of photo shoots (Required)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Solid understanding of editing software including Photoshop and Lightroom with the ability to quickly learn and use new technology as it becomes available (Required)
- Experience with PhotoMechanic and Capture One (Preferred)
- Strong expertise in professional photographic equipment including Canon gear (Required)
Thorough photographer with strong organizational skills consistently delivering high-quality work through efficient planning gear management and streamlined production workflows (Required)
Open to traveling up to 50% (Required)
Must provide a portfolio: website or examples of published work. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Drivers license or any form of valid ID (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
