The new Channel Development Manager will be leading the Sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth in Poland & Hungary. It is a channel-oriented business development role. The person will identify new business opportunities and pass qualified leads to our distributors. The role involves supporting and training partners attending joint meetings and optimizing channel sales performance.

What you will do:

  • Partner with internal/external Stakeholder in driving actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.
  • Identify and select new channel partners to deliver growth strategy if necessary.
  • Identify market opportunities and threats monitor competition activities.
  • Use various sales tools including in mapping sales efficiency prospects and revenue progression.
  • Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics while partnering with marketing and pre-sales technical service team.
  • Participate in daily partner meetings with end customers as well as perform prospecting and follow-up tasks for large global regional and national accounts.

We estimate that at least 60% of the time of this position will be on the field 40% managing the experienced partner in the countries.

What you need to have:

  • Master/Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market / Business Development role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.
  • Customer relations Management experience strongly desired. Strong ability to drive change and influence.
  • Polish & English fluent. Other languages will be valuable.
  • Ability to create and develop high value-added proposition.
  • Strong commitment and focus on results.
